We are a coached not-for-profit Brisbane Trail Running Club, based at Mt Coot-tha. Our trail run training sessions that cater to a full range of abilities and our passionate coaches and members love having fun and helping fellow members achieve their trail running goals.
Our sessions are designed to improve your trail running fitness, technique and confidence. Whether you’re building up to an “A” race, running for fun or looking for a way to mix up your road training, our sessions are a fun, inclusive way to get onto the trails.
Our regular training sessions are based around Mt. Coot-tha, Brisbane on Wednesdays, and Thursdays. View our training calendar for session times and locations.
We offer one free trial session so you can try us before you decide whether you’d like to join.
We welcome runners of all abilities; from new-to-trail through to experienced, but suggest you’ll get the most out of a training session if you area already active and familiar with running recreationally.
Trailiens usually meet for discounted coffee at The Trail Co. in Bardon after training. Please join us if you can make it; it’s a great way to get to know each other.
Membership
If you are interested in either joining the club, or planning to come along casually please ensure you have read and understood the Club Terms & Conditions.
Members of The Trailiens Running Club can attend unlimited sessions throughout their membership year. All other runners are welcome to attend on a casual basis for $12 per session. Annual membership currently costs $180 for unlimited training, social runs, club events, Queensland Athletics membership, and discounts from The Trail Co. For full-time students the fee is $100.
